Family or Systemic constellations is a therapeutic approach that attempts to reveal unrecognized dynamics that spans multiple generations in a family and to resolve its effects by encouraging the subject, through representatives, to encounter the past, accept and heal.

We explore what is behind a specific issue in your life.

Some of the struggles and traumas are related to unseen entanglements from our ancestors and systems.

In this workshop there will be time for individual constellations (working with your specific topic inside of the workshop) as well as group exercises so everyone will experiment and receive, as well as the possibility to be a representative in a constellation movement.
