Flow Dynamic Yoga A vibrant, fluid practice that combines strength, mobility, and mindful awareness. In this class, movement and breath merge in intelligently sequenced flows designed to awaken energy, build stability, and refine body awareness. Each sequence emphasizes transitions — how you move between postures — cultivating presence, precision, and ease in motion.

Cancellation Policy

To help create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you review and follow the policies below: 🌿 General Etiquette - Arrive on time: Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early to settle in. - Phones off: Silence or turn off all electronic devices before entering the studio. - Respect the space: Please leave shoes outside the studio room and keep voices low to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. - Clean up: Return all props and mats after use. 📆 Registration & Cancellation - Pre-registration is encouraged: Especially for workshops and limited-space events. - Cancellation policy: Workshops/special events: Cancellations must be made 24 in advance for a full refund or credit. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded. 💳 Payments - All classes and workshops must be paid for in advance or at the time of arrival. - Packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise noted. 🧘 Health & Safety - Listen to your body: You are responsible for your own well-being. Please modify as needed and inform your teacher of any injuries or conditions before class. - Sick? Stay home: Help us maintain a healthy community by staying home if you're feeling unwell. - Consent for assists: Some classes may offer hands-on adjustments. You’ll always have the option to decline.
