Thank you for being part of our community. To ensure a safe and supportive environment, this liability waiver outlines mutual responsibilities and protections. I acknowledge and accept the following terms by participating in any activities, classes, or events offered by Om’echaye Intent: 1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that yoga and related activities involve physical movement and potential risks, including injuries or property damage. I acknowledge my responsibility to consult a physician regarding any health concerns before participating and accept all risks involved. 2. Release of Liability: I release and waive all claims against Om’echaye Intent, its owners, employees, instructors, and affiliates for any injury, property damage, or loss arising from my participation, including those resulting from negligence. 3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold Om’echaye Intent, its owners, employees, instructors, and affiliates harmless from any liabilities or expenses, including legal fees, arising from third-party claims related to my participation. 4. Photographic Release: I consent to the Studio capturing and using photographs or videos of me during classes or events for marketing purposes, including online and print materials. I waive any rights to review or approve such use. 5. Restricted Phone Usage: I agree to refrain from using my phone during classes unless permitted by the teacher to maintain a focused and respectful environment for all participants. I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this waiver. I recognize it is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns and governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
